The perfect oats porridge after a winter Yoga practice – (with my secret ingredient)


150 ml Water

50 ml coconut milk/ almond milk

5 Tablespoon oats

1 Banana

1 Tablespoon blanched almond slices

1 Spoon chia seeds

A pinch of cinnamon

A pinch of cardamom

1 Tablespoon maple syrup/ honey

My secret ingredient: 2 drops of rose water (it makes it so much sweet smelling, comforting and yummy!!)

Cook it together slowly, boil it a quick boil - 2-3 seconds, stir it, Enjoy it!
